If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your CLEAN order, simply return the unused portion within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the cost to the original form of payment. We’re sorry; the cost of delivery for returns is not covered by CLEAN. The original shipping fee will not be refunded for orders under $50.

To initiate a return, please email team@cleanbeauty.com with your order number. Returns that adhere to our Return Policy will be refunded the purchase price minus the original shipping if applicable. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days from when we have received the item. We suggest returning via a trackable common carrier. CLEAN is not responsible for missing return packages.
